Banco Nacional de Costa Rica, the largest bank in Central America, is providing pre-approved and competitive financing options for Quantum Free Zone tenants.
Quantum FZ provides high security to all tenants. The security team will physically monitor the grounds 24/7. There will also be offsite video monitoring and access control for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
Quantum FZ is located just down the street from the University of Costa Rica. Quantum FZ will work with the University to tailor curriculum in order to teach the unique skill sets required by our tenants to succeed.
Our train access will be available to transport employees from downtown Limon to the Quantum Free Zone, eliminating the need for large parking areas and lowering employee transportation costs.
